Solar Millennium postpones publication of its interim report 2010 due to greater complexity of auditing

Erlangen, 18.08.2010  The Management Board of Solar Millennium AG (ISIN DE0007218406) has announced that the publication of the interim report 2010, which was initially planned for August 19, 2010, will be delayed. The new publication date is scheduled for September 13, 2010 at the latest. Reasons for the delay are the greater complexity in auditing due to the change of the auditing company and the amendments in connection with the consolidation during previous years, which will be implemented in the upcoming interim report as a result of the extraordinary appraisal.
