Dr. Jan Withag (58)
CEO
The internationally well-versed manager and declared expert in organizational development is member of the executive board of Solar Millennium since November 2010 and CEO since 6 October 2011. He is primarily responsible for the areas of new markets, new technologies, Human Resources and organizational development. Dr. Jan Withag is a native Dutchman and has held executive and management posts in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, the UK and Italy. Studied mechanical engineering as well as social and organizational psychology he received his doctorate in psychology. He worked at various management positions in the fields of procurement, operations and product innovation.

Christian Beltle (50)
Member of the Executive Board
Christian Beltle has many years of experience in international plant construction. He has a degree in engineering and previously managed internationally-operating companies in the fields of power plant construction and gas and water supply. Mr. Beltle is responsible for project development and market opening at Solar Millennium AG.
